Potato Wedges!!



Potatoes (With peeling and cut into wedges)
1/3 cup oil
garlic
2 Tbs Parmesan Cheese
Salt and Pepper
Onion Salt
Paprika

Mix oil and spices. Line cookie sheet with foil. Place rinsed potato wedges on cookie sheet. Pour oil mixture over potato wedges, make sure the wedges are fully covered with the oil mixture. Bake at 375° for 45 minutes. Turn half way through cooking. Serve warm.

Kool - Aid Slushies!!

Ingredients:
1 cup water
1 envelope Kool - Aid unsweetened soft drink mix
3/4 cups sugar
3 cups ice cubes

Places water, Kool - Aid mix, sugar, and 1 cup of ice cubes in blender. Blend on hight until smooth. Add additional 2 cups ice cubes. Blend until smooth. Serve cold.

Chicken Noodle Bake!!

Ingredients:
1 lb boneless chicken breast
1 3/4 cups water
1/2 cup milk
2 tablespoons butter
2 chicken bouillon cubes (2 teaspoons chicken bouillon)
1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
3 3/4 cups egg noodles (uncooked)
1 lb boneless chicken breast
1 1/2 cup frozen mixed vegetables
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Heat oven to 400°F. Cut up chicken into bit size pieces. Cook chicken in skillet with a little bit of oil until almost completely cooked. Drain chicken and set aside. In microwave - safe bowl, combine water, milk, butter bouillon and parsley. Microwave on high 4 minutes or until butter is melted. In 11x7 inch baking dish, spread uncooked noodles; pour hot liquid over noodles, stirring to coat thoroughly. Stir in chicken and vegetables, spread noodle mixture evenly in dish. Cover with foil (or a lid); Bake at 400°F for 35 minutes, stir thoroughly half - way through baking time. Stir in Parmesan cheese and let stand 5 minutes before serving.
